保母人員丙級技術士技能檢定術科試題分析及檢定結果相關因素之研究

摘要

本研究的目的在探討保母人員丙級技術士技能檢定試題之鑑別力及難度，並且了解年齡、學歷等因素如何影響應檢人員的通過率。研究的問題包括：(1)每一試題的難度及鑑別力如何?(2)各區抽中不同題組之應檢人員之通過率是否有差異?(3)應檢人員年齡和四區試題得分的相關性為何?(4)應檢人員學歷四區試題得分的相關性為何?(5)幼保相關科系與非幼保相關科系應檢人員在各區試題的通過率是否有顯著差異?(6)各區的通過率及總通過率為何?結果發現在清潔區的試題中，試題度偏易的題目較試題二為少；在調製區試題三難度偏易題目較試題四多；在遊戲學習區試題五難度偏易的題目較試題六明顯為多，除安全醫護區外其餘三區皆不同題組間難度分配不平均的情形，且應檢人員在三區的通過率皆達顯著差異；四區的得分情形和應檢人的年齡並無相關；至於學歷對檢定結果的影響，只有遊戲學習區的得分和應檢人員的學歷有顯著相關；依是否為幼保相關科系與各區得分的相關性來看，除了遊戲學習區之外，試題分與應檢人員是否為幼保相關領域背景的這個因素皆有顯著相關；清潔區、調製區、遊戲學習區和安全醫護區的通過率分別為93%、94%、93%、87%，總通過率為80%。此研究成果可提供修訂試題時之參考，以確保檢定結果的效能。

The purpose of this study was to explore the reliability and validity of the practical items of Skilled Testing of Child Care Giver Class C. The items analyzed quantitatively, in terms of difficulty and discrimination. The differences of passing rate between 2 groups of questions in each area were examined. The relations of participants' age, educational background and testing scores were assessed. Passing rate in each area and total passing rate of this skilled test were also reported. Results indicated that differences of passing rate between 2 groups of questions were significant, except the medicine area. Age was less effective on testing scores. However, educational level had significant influence on testing scores in the playing area. Participants who were graduated from child care relevant department showed lower testing scores in this study. Passing rates for cleaning area, cooking area, playing area and medicine area were 93%, 94%, 93%, 87% and total passing rate was 80%. Results could be references for modifying testing questions in the future.
