摘要

本個案研究目的在探討一位婚姻衝突的高齡初產婦的產調適行為。研究者以主護護理人員身分照顧產婦，從婦待產開始一直到產後40天，一面提供產婦護理服務，一面進行深入訪談，所有過程寫成9篇行為過程實錄。資料經整理及分析歸類，發現個案經歷了：1.婚姻衝突的處境2.婚姻調適的起伏3.產婦及先生對新生兒的情感連結，並發現婚姻生活影響個案執行母性工作的意願，但在父情與母情的滋潤，促成了婚姻的調適。本研究強調以家庭為中心的護理之重要性。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relation between the adaptation behaviors of an elder primipara and marital conflicts. The researcher of this study, as a primary nurse, took care of this primipara until postpartum 40 days. The data were collected by in-depth interview. Nine pieces of process recording were completed and the contents were analyzed inductively. The finding show that the case experienced a marital conflicts, the unstable marital adaptation, and the affectional link with the infant. Also the results indicated that maternal work might be affected by the marital life. On the other hand, the attachment might have an influence on the martial life. From the findings of the study, the significance of family -centered care is emphasized.
