摘要

本文主旨爲描述照護一位肝細胞癌再復發患者接受經導管動脈化學栓塞治療期間的護理經驗，護理期間自95年4月28日至5月5日止，筆者運用羅式適應模式爲評估架構，進行生理、心理、社會層面之適應行爲的資料收集與分析，確立個案有體溫過高、急性疼痛、焦慮及知識缺失（肝癌復發患者返家後之日常生活相關注意事項）等護理問題。針對接受治療前的焦慮問題，配合個案之個別性提供相關資訊；及提供減輕焦慮的方法，以減少其治療期間之焦慮程度。治療後提供降低體溫及減輕疼痛的護理措施，以緩解個案體溫過高及急性疼痛的問題，並提供其返家後日常生活照護之相關注意事項，以提升其返家後自我照顧之生活品質。希望藉由此篇護理經驗，提供給日後照護類似個案之護理人員參考與分享。

This report describes the nursing care of a patient undergoing transarterial chemoembolization therapy for recurrent hepatocarcinoma. Throughout the study period (2006/4/28~5/5), the author used the Roy adaptation model to collect data regarding the physical, psychological and social behavior of the patient. With analysis of the data, it shows that, the patient present some medical and mental symptoms including hyperthermia, acute pain, anxiety, knowledge deficit(home care recurrent hepatocarcinoma), all of which may cause nursing problems. The pre-transarterial chemoembolization therapy patient received information that decreases his anxiety level, and the patient exhibited reduced body temperature and pain grade at post-therapy evaluation. Teaching self-care skill for post-discharge home care. In addition, this report is expected to advance quality of life for recurrent hepatocarcinoma patient undergoing transarterial chemoembolization therapy. This paper shares the experiences of nursing personnel with others who may encounter similar cases.
