摘要

本研究旨在探討應力性尿失禁婦女之生活經驗。係採用現象學研究法，透過中部地區某社區應力性尿失禁之流行病學調查，徵求研究對象同意，以家訪方式進行資料收集，訪談過程中，研究者以訪談指引爲輔，過程中不斷引導及澄清，以深入瞭解研究對象之想法與行爲反應，並全程錄音將所得資料轉爲逐字稿；再以Giorgi現象學分析法進行資料分析與歸納，共訪談12位已婚社區婦女。研究結果顯示，應力性尿失禁婦女之生活經驗共可概括三項主題，分別爲：原因之推敲與疑惑（自然老化之聯想；體質虛寒之疑慮；生產後遺症之疑惑）；生活之壓力及沮喪（尷尬與困擾；滲尿之壓力；身體之不適）；婦女宿命與自我調控（婦女宿命，淡然處之；調控身體與處置）。本研究結果有助於護理人員進一步瞭解壓力性尿失禁婦女之實際經驗與困境，以作爲擬訂照護措施之參考。

This phenomenological study investigated the life experience of women with stress urinary incontinence. The participants were twelve married women enrolled in a community survey of stress urinary incontinence. Data were collected by semi-structured interview. Subject interviews were tape recorded for subsequent coding. Data were categorized and analyzed by Giorgi phenomenological analysis. Three main themes of experience were the following: thoughts and questions about causes, pressure and dejection in life, coping strategies and self regulation. This study provided information that can help nurses understand the needs of women with stress urinary incontinence.
