同場一例:科舉制度與清朝旗人的仕途

Civil Service Examination and Official Careerof the Bannermen in the Ch'ing Dynasty

摘要


旗人進入科舉制度後,與漢人在相同考試制度、授職原則下同場較勁,卻仍藉由清朝統治者的細緻政治手腕,使旗人在制度外擁有優勢。此並非顯示科舉出身的旗人獨攬皇恩,僅是清政府保護統治民族政策的一貫表現。科舉作為一種政府人才選拔辦法,與漢人菁英階層的產生有密切關係。但在清朝旗人群體中,科舉以外的入仕途徑仍極具重要性,顯示出科舉對旗、漢影響力的差異。

As an system of selecting governmental officers, civil service examination had very close relationship with manufactureofelitist Han people.Besidescivil service examination, the other way of governmental offcialswere still very importantfor bannermen.It showed that the influence of civil service examination on Han peoplewas different from bannermen.
