摘要

本文旨在探討運用意義治療於脊髓損傷個案無望感的照顧經驗。護理期間從2014年02月09日至2014年03月10日。透過觀察、會談、身體評估及醫療團隊討論等方式收集資料，歸納出個案主要的護理問題，有排尿困難、肢體活動功能障礙、無望感及家庭因應能力失調等。採取主動關懷的照護精神，瞭解個案的內心世界，提供個別化的照護，改善個案在急性期的生理症狀；運用意義治療技巧，引導個案面對目前的處境，尋求可運用的資源，進而選擇有意義的生活方式，重新拾回生命存在的價值感。

This paper aimed to explore the care experience that applied logotherapy to the hopelessness of a case with spinal cord injury. The period of nursing care began from February 9 to March 10, 2014. The data were collected by ways of observation, interviews, physical evaluation, and group discussion of the medical team. The main nursing problems were dysuria, impaired physical mobility, hopelessness, and dysfunction of family coping. The primary nurse applied the spirit of active care to the case, including realizing the inner world, providing individualized care, and improving acute physical symptoms. The skills of logotherapy were applied to lead the case to face the current situation, to search for manageable resources, and to choose meaningful way of life. Therefore, the sense of value of life existence regained.
