教練知覺動機氣候與選手知覺動機氣候之一致性對選手目標取向、自信心來源的影響：以社會甲組女子籃球隊為例

摘要

動機氣候主要是由教練所塑造，但過去研究有關動機氣候的探討卻都是針對選手的動機氣候進行，鮮少對教練所知覺的動機氣候進行研究。因此，本研究嘗試同時對教練與選手所知覺的動機氣候進行研究，並探討教練與選手知覺之動機氣候一致性與選手目標取向、自信心來源的關係。本研究以國內社會甲組女子籃球隊教練及球員，共五隊109人（教練11人、球員98人）為研究對象。利用「動機氣候量表」、「目標取向量表」以及「運動自信心量表」作為測量工具。研究結果發現，總教練與選手知覺自我動機氣候愈一致性時，選手的自我取向與身體呈現之自信心愈高。本研究對此一結果討論，並對未來研究及國內社會甲組女籃提出建議。

The motivational climate is shaped by the coach. However, research on the motivational climate is often investigated from the perspective of athletes, with few studies concentrating on the perspective of coaches. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigated the congruence of the motivational climate between coaches and athletes and the effects of congruence on athletes' perception of goal orientation and the source of confidence, The subjects were level A woman basketball players from five teams in Taiwan including 11 coaches and 98 players. The goal orientation, the motivational climate, and sporting confidence were measured by these subjects. The results showed that the if there was congruence of ego climate between the head coach and athletes, the athletes' ego orientation and physical presentation was high. The results were well discussed and suggestions were made for future study and athletic training.
