海峽兩岸體育交流型態變遷之影響因素分析

摘要

兩岸體育交流自1979~1988年間的零合交流期，及至1989-1992年間囚徒困境期，由於體育交流協議的簽訂，進而展開單向交流型態；到了1993-2000年競合交流期，兩岸間的合作與競爭，而呈現出雙向交流型態。本文旨在透過紮根理論的主軸編碼、歸類以及從詮釋學的角度，來究明影響兩岸體育交流型態變遷的因素。研究發現兩岸體育交流型態的變遷，深刻受到兩岸體育交流政策與申請程序的簡繁、奧會模式認同的歧異、競技運動成績的考量以及民意思維的壓力等變因，影響著海峽兩岸體育交流型態的演變。

Since the zero-sum exchange period from 1979 to 1988 and the Prisoners' Dilemma period from 1989 to 1992, further because of concluding the agreement of physical education exchange, the exchange of cross-strait physical education was the one-way. During the cross-strait cooperation and competition period, from 1993 to 2000, there was a two-way exchange. The purpose of this study was to codify and classify through the main shaft of the grounded theory, and from the angle of hermeneutics to study the factors influencing the change of exchange patterns for cross-strait physical education. It was found from the result of this study that the change of exchange patterns for cross-strait physical education is deeply affected by such factors as the intercourse policy of cross-strait physical education, the degrees of difficulty in application procedure, the deviation of recognition of Olympic game's mode, the performance of sports and the pressure of the public opinions.
