有無動暈症傾向者在肌肉適能與有氧適能的比較研究

The Relationship between Motion Sickness and Muscular and Aerobic Fitness of Cadets

摘要


國內培育國家飛行員的搖籃為空軍官校,培育一位具備基本駕機飛行能力的飛行生需要才很多的國防經費,目前對飛行生而言,初習飛行所遭遇的最大生理難題即為動暈症的產生與克服。研究目的:本研究旨在探討有、無動暈症傾向的飛行生之心肺耐力與肌肉力量的差異。研究方法:經以38位自願接受測驗的健康男性為研究對象,均接受與肌肉力量有關的最大肌力(蹲舉、仰臥推舉等2項目)、最大肌耐力(立姿捲臂、仰臥推舉、坐姿滑輪下拉、蹲舉、19度斜板仰臥起坐等5項)測驗以及與心肺耐力有關的安靜心跳率測量、3,000公尺跑步測驗。將所測得的數值以SPSS 10.0 for Windows中文統計軟體進行統計分析,並以獨立樣本t檢定考驗不同組別之間各項測驗值的差異,顯著水準α=.05。研究結果:結果顯示兩組之間的肌力適能無明顯差異現象,但在有氧適能方面,具動暈症傾向組的飛行生明顯具有較低的安靜心跳率、較好的3,000公尺跑步成績。結論:具動暈症傾向的飛行生具有較好的有氧適能。建議:宜事先以問巷方式篩選出具動暈症傾向者,並進行有氧適能測驗與安靜必跳率測量,此外,應要求其測量並監控每日的晨間安靜心跳率,以做為調整個人運動處方的依據。

The Air Force Academy is the cradle of Taiwan's national pilots. The education program of the air force cadets cost much of the national defense budget and the worst physical problem of student pilot training is motion sickness. This study investigated the relationship between motion sickness and cardiopulmonary endurance and muscular fitness. Thirty-eight healthy male volunteers participated in this study. Subjects were divided into two groups: the motion sickness group (MS) and the control group (CON). The testing protocol included a muscular strength test (squat and bench-press) and a muscular endurance test (standing arm- curl, bench-press, lat machine pull-downs, squats and 19 degree sit-ups). For cardiopulmonary endurance, the test included the resting heart rate recording and 3000-meter running. The independent t-test (α=.05) and the statistical analysis method were applied to see the differences between the MS group and the CON group. The muscular fitness did not show any difference between the two groups, but in the cardiopulmonary fitness, the MS group had a lower resting heart rate but better performance in 3000-meter running. The cadets with motion sickness had a better performance in cardiopulmonary fitness. Based on the results, we suggested that the questionnaire and the aerobic fitness test and the resting heart rate be used to screen out the cadets with motion sickness. Furthermore, the daily resting heart rate monitored in the morning was essential for the personal exercise prescription.
