多功能體育館設施服務管理實證之研究:以台北小巨蛋為例

A Study of Framework Development in Facility Management of Multifunctional Gymnasiums: The Case of the Taipei Arena

摘要


本研究透過相關理論與文獻以及專家學者分析,以台北小巨蛋之消費者為研究對象,運用結構方程模式建構多功能體育館設施服務管理模式,並進行模式驗證與線性關係分析。結果顯示多功能體育館設施服務管理模式之修正後卡方值(χ^2)為276.89,自由度為94,p值為.000,NCI為2.94,RMR為.033,RMSEA為.048,GFI為0.93,NFI為0.93,IFI為0.95與CFI為0.95,顯示模式建構效度良好。多功能體育館設施服務管理模式中「場館設施」、「衛生設施」、「膳食服務」、「停車區域」與「服務人員」的關係均相當密切。在硬體與軟體相關服務互相配合下,本模式顯示各個設施都與服務人員的關係最密切,尤其服務的支援是多功能體育館設施服務的最主要關鍵。本研究之複核效度符合標準要求,模式也能適用其他多功能體育館設施服務管理之研究與樣本。

Based on related theories, documents, literatures and some analyses from professional experts and scholars, and a sampling among consumers of the Taipei Arena, this study was aimed to framework the hypothetical model of facility service management in multifunctional gymnasiums through the exercise of structural equation modeling. Meanwhile, the verification of the model and correlation analysis were made. The construct validity of the modification, χ^2 was 276.89, the degree of freedom was 94, p was .000, NCI was 2.94, RMR was .033, RMSEA was .048, GFI was 0.93, NFI was 0.93, IFI was 0.95 and CFI were 0.95. The values of the evaluating index implied the construct validity was statistically fit and acceptable. It was concluded that five endogenous latent variables of the facility management model of multifunctional gymnasium,” gym facility,” ”sanitation facility,” ”food service,” ”parking area,” and ”service staff,” had extremely close interaction and significant positive relationship with each other. Especially notable was that every hardware facility had the closest relationship with ”service staff.” Therefore, it is suggested that good hardware facilities be accompanied with good software services. That is to say, the key to the success of facility service in the multifunctional gymnasium is the backup of service. Through the staff's services and planning, a new and multifunctional gymnasium integrated with cultural essences and humanity concerns can be created to lead fashions and trends. The construct validity of the duplicate modification was comparably fit and the model of this research can be applied to other related studies and samples of facility management of multifunctional gymnasiums.
