運動教育觀察系統之研發

The Development of an Open Computerized Observation System in Sports Pedagogy

摘要


本研究立意於研發一套能由使用者任意輸入研究所需觀察類目之開放性觀察系統電腦程式,期使能因使用的便利性而激發更多使用者願意採用系統觀察法來研究運動教育領域中的諸多課題。本研究採用體育有效學習時間觀察系統,ALT-PE(Academic Learning Time-Physical Education, 1982 revision)為本研究之比較樣本,其觀察焦點集中於學生投入程度和班級情境,這是最廣泛被使用的時間樣本觀察系統。研究先期採演進式雛型模式進行系統開發與評估,在程式雛型定版後,一方面透過設計者自我省思來不斷的改進各項介面功能性,以確立本系統技術層面之完備;另外,以問卷調查收集試用者的回饋與意見;更重要的是實地以傳統紙筆記錄法加以比較本程式之運作效能,再以前後比對記錄時間的方式來了解箇中差異性為何。本研究獲致研究成果如下:一、相較於傳統紙筆記錄方法,本系統程式能有效縮短觀察記錄及計算之時間。二、本系統程式之數位播放功能可以改善以往系統觀察研究誤差值過大與記錄方法過於複雜的限制。三、本系統程式觀察程式為一有效率之系統觀察研究工具。

This study developed an open computerized observation program allowing users to enter observation categories needed in conducting research. It was aimed to encourage more researchers to use the systematic observation method in physical education. ALT-PE (Academic Learning Time-Physical Education, 1982 revision) which focused on observing student involvement and classroom context, was adopted as the comparison sample. It is the most commonly used time-sample observation system. The evolutionary prototyping model was used at the preliminary stage of the program development. After the initial program was established, the interface functions were continuously improved and revised according to the designer's self-reflection and user-feedback gathered via questionnaires. Most importantly, the results of the traditional paper-and-pencil recording method were compared with the results of the computerized system in order to understand the difference. The findings are as follows. First, compared to the traditional paper-and-pencil recording method, observation and computing time decreased with the use of the computerized observation system. Second, the digital display function of the system can decrease measurement errors and improve the limitation due to the use of a complicated recording system. Third, the computerized observation system of this study is an effective instrument for systematic observation.
