本研究的目的旨在探討登山健行者休閒利益對休閒滿意之關係,及休閒內在動機、休閒體驗所扮演的角色,並試圖建構因果模式。本研究採用問卷調查法,以台中市大坑步道的登山健行者,作為研究的對象,透過next-to-pass的方法蒐集18歲以上的登山健行者,於現地進行調查後共獲有效樣本483份,依研究目的及驗證假設之需,本研究運用結構方程模式的統計技術探討其因果意涵。研究結果發現登山健行者其休閒利益會透過休閒內在動機及休閒體驗而對休閒滿意造成影響,因此,可知休閒內在動機及休閒體驗在整個因果模式中扮演著中介之角色。本研究獲得以下結論:登山健行者所感受休閒利益愈多,則會反映出較強烈的休閒內在動機與休閒體驗,進而產生愈多的休閒滿意,所以,應加強宣導參與休閒運動對活動者所產生的效益等方面加以著墨,最後,本研究提出登山健行者休閒行為模式的理論意涵及針對後續研究提出建議。
This study constructed a causal model to explore the relationship between benefiting from leisure and satisfaction by considering the role of intrinsic motivation and leisure experience of hikers. Participants were hikers over the age of 18 from Da-keng trails, Taichung. Data were collected via the on-site survey by next-to-pass sampling technique. Of the 600 questionnaires distributed on-site, 483 effective questionnaires were returned. The data collected were analyzed using structure equation modeling. The research results revealed that the effect of leisure benefit on leisure satisfaction was mediated by intrinsic motivation and leisure experience. Based on the results, it was interred that the greater the leisure benefit was, the greater the expression of intrinsic motivation and leisure satisfaction. Leisure experience also contributed positively to leisure satisfaction. One of the practical implications was that the government would be justified in making more efforts to promote leisure activities. Finally, a leisure behavior model of hikers was constructed and suggestions were made for future studies.
