本研究目的為探討個人態度與社會因素對國小運動員非運動家精神行為的預測。研究參與者以臺灣北區12所國小五、六年級運動代表隊員151人,其中男性86人,女性65人。研究工具以自編之運動經驗問卷,包括下列七個分量表:個人非運動家精神態度、教練規範、父母規範、隊友非運動家精神規範、教練非運動家精神行為、觀眾非運動家精神行為、個人非運動家精神行為等分量表。研究所得資料主要以t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析進行統計分析。研究結果顯示:一、男性比女性有較多的個人非運動家精神態度;二、教練非運動家精神行為、觀眾非運動家精神行為、隊友非運動家精神規範與教練規範有效預測國小運動員非運動家精神行為。研究結論顯示教練與觀眾的行為、隊友行為產生的規範以及教練規範,都會對國小運動員的運動家精神產生影響。
The purpose of this study was to examine the predictive utility of personal attitudes and social influences on poor sportspersonship in the athletes of elementary schools. Participants in this study were consisted of total 151-elementary school student athletes from 12-different elementary schools of north region of Taiwan. Among them 86 were males and 65 were females, ranging from grade 5 and 6. In this study we used a questionnaire on sports experience which included the scales on the following 7 categories: athletes' poor sportspersonship attitudes and behaviors, coaches and spectators' poor sportspersonship behaviors, team poor sportspersonship norms, coaches and parents' sportspersonship norms. Data retrieved from this research were analyzed using t-test, Pearson's correlation and multiple-regression analyses. The results shown that: (1) Males exhibited poorer sportspersonship attitudes than females. (2) Self-reported poor sportspersonship behaviors were predicted by perceived coaches and spectators' poor sportspersonship behaviors followed by poor team sportspersonship norms and coaches' sportspersonship norms.
