本研究目的為透過質性研究之田野觀察和深入訪談的方式來探討大學生在校園中健身中心,從事健身運動的行為和影響他們從事健身運動之因素。研究對象為五位在校園健身中心規律從事健身運動的大學生。研究工具為研究者經過田野觀察後,針對研究對象所展現出來的行為來擬定訪談大綱。接著將訪談所蒐集的資料以紮根理論中的開放編碼和主軸編碼的方式進行分析。並且在分析的過程中檢視受訪者的回答內容與其實際展現的行為,以求資料的可信賴度。經過分析後共發現三個類別:一、影響大學生開始參與健身運動的因素。二、大學生從事健身運動的行為情況。三、影響大學生持續從事健身運動的因素。結論:一、運動態度、鍛鍊身材、減重、環境訊息的刺激、合適性的考量是影響大學生開始從事健身運動的因素。二、知覺效益、克服時間阻礙、運動依賴的症狀、同儕支持是影響大學生持續從事健身運動的因素。三、大學生在從事健身運動時所展現的行為與其從事健身運動的目的有關。
This study was purposed to explore the exercise behavior and determinant factors of college students' by qualitative research (field observation and depth interviews). Five college students, who participated in regular exercise, were recruited for this study. Semi-structured interview guidelines were framed from the data of field observation and exercise theory. The transcripts were analyzed by grounded theory (open coding and axial coding), and consistency between the response and behavior of the subjects were analyzed. The results of the study included: 1. the determinant factors makes college students to begin to participate in exercise; 2. the situation of college students' exercise behavior; 3. the determinant factors which makes college students to continue participating exercise. This study concludes that 1. attitude, keep fit, cues and appropriate consideration were the factors, which affect college students to participate in exercise. 2. Perceiving benefit, over constraint behavior, exercise dependence, and social support were the factors that affect college students to persist exercise. 3. The goal of college students to take exercise was related to the behavior of exercise.
