經絡舒壓對業餘高爾夫運動者手臂柔軟度之影響

Effects of Meridian Hand Pressure on Arm Flexibility in Amateur Golfers

摘要


本研究目的為探討經絡舒壓對業餘高爾夫運動者手臂柔軟度之影響。於北區高爾夫練習場採隨機抽樣受測者共60位(男性41位、女性19位),平均年齡53.4 ± 8.7歲。每位受測者於運動前、高爾夫練習30 ~60分鐘後及經絡舒壓後測量其手臂柔軟度變化。以goniometer醫療用量角器測量肩關節角度(伸展、屈曲、外展、內轉及外轉),及肘肩關節角度(屈曲、旋前及旋後),量測資料以SPSS 17.0重複測量單因子變異數分析(repeated measures one-way ANOVA)評估經絡舒壓因素介入後柔軟度的差異性。研究結果顯示,受測者於運動後接受經絡舒壓,其左右肩關節屈曲及外展角度,左肘關節屈曲旋後角度、以及右肘關節旋前及旋後角度,均達顯著差異;而左肩關節伸展及外轉角度,右肩關節內轉及外轉角度,則無顯著差異。本研究結論:由本研究結果可說明,藉由經絡舒壓後可使肩肘關節的角度產生變化,使其明顯大於運動前及運動後的角度,可見經絡舒壓可增進肩肘關節之柔軟度和提高關節活動度。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of meridian hand pressure on arms flexibility in amateur golfers. Sixty golfers with average age of 53.4 ± 8.7 (41 male and 19 female) were randomly selected from the golf driving ranges of northern Taiwan as test subjects. Every participant undergoes flexibility test before exercise, after 30 ~ 60 minutes of golfing and after meridian massages. The goniometry, a medical protractor which measures the shoulder angle (extension, flexion, abduction, internal rotation and external rotation), and elbow angle (flexion, pronation and supination) was used in this study. Collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 17.0 Repeated measures one-way ANOVA to assess the difference of the flexibility with introduction of meridian massages. The results showed that subjects received meridian massage after exercise have a significant difference on the left and right shoulder flexion and abduction angles, the left elbow joint flexion and supination angles, and the right elbow joint probation and supination angles. However, the left shoulder joint extension and external rotation angles, the right shoulder joint internal rotation and external rotation angles showed no significant difference after massage. This study concludes that meridian massage can alter the shoulder and elbow joints angle and further increases the angle of joints before and after exercise. This indicates meridian massage could enhance the flexibility of shoulder and elbow and improve range of motion.
