臺灣羽球運動之地緣戰略探析

臺灣地處東亞島鏈要塞，在亞洲以至於全球區域的政治、經濟與軍事的競合過程之中，因應世界變遷情勢，亟待研究建立具有國際觀的運動發展地緣戰略關係，以期在兩岸與國際飄搖紛亂的時代困境中，透過運動手段，創造運動員發展環境。本研究目的是通過探討現行蓬勃發展之羽球運動產業，展現國家正向發展之時代意義與價值，以利國際地位提升；並且藉由盤點羽球運動特性與臺灣資源，建構臺灣國際羽球聯賽策略論述。以地緣戰略為理論基礎，透過文件分析與田野訪談，提出臺灣羽球運動國際發展策略方向。研究結果指出：一、羽球運動的發揮須具備綜合性能力，臺灣選手長年擁有國際頂尖競技能力，但缺乏國際戰略目標；建議應朝向縱橫捭闔，開展有利我國羽球自主聯賽之國際戰略模式邁進。二、印尼、馬來西亞、中國大陸等東亞羽球超級聯賽紛紛成立，為避免我方選手單打獨鬥，臺灣羽球運動可善用自然地理的重要性，擺脫政治情勢的對峙，擴大運動的營運範疇、建立事業網絡與積聚核心資源。本研究結論：適時打造有地緣戰略觀的國際羽球策略聯盟、聯賽及相關產業與文化活動，藉由擴大全民運動，以發展競技運動，促進運動產業，並且形成運動文化之整體格局。

Geographically Taiwan is locates at critical position in East Asia. It is an urgent need to study the establishment of an international concept of the development of geostrategic relations, in response to the recent strategic changes in Asia and the world majorly on the aspects of political, economic and military competition. In a view to the cross-strait and the international plight of the time, this study explored one sport strategy for prosperity to create athletes development environment. The purpose of this study was to explore the current vigorous developments in the badminton industry, which presents the national development of the pos itive significance and promote Taiwan's international status. This study also aimed to clarify the characteristics of Taiwan's badminton and rationale the feasibility of an international super league. The significance of the country's positive development is supported to enhance its international status, and also to discuss the strategy of constructing this league through badminton and other related resources. Based on geostrategy, this study adapted the documentary analysis and field interview to point out the construction of rationality for this league. The results indicated as follows: (1) Any elite badminton player needs to be supported by his/her comprehensive capabilities for higher performance, since Taiwan owns top players in the world, but lack of holistic strategy. (2) Indonesia, Malaysia, mainland China and other East Asian badminton super leagues have been set up gradually. In order to avoid Taiwanese players going to negative environment alone, Taiwan could take advantage of the importance of natural geography, get rid of the political situation of confrontation, expand the scope of sport operations, establish business networks and accumulate core resources to develop badminton. By establishing this league through geostrategic viewpoint, Taiwan domestic badminton league schedule should be coordinated with the other international leagues. To sum up, this strategy has to combine tightly with other industries and cultural activities in Taiwan. Through the international integration, Taiwan is easier to expand sports for all, such as to develop elite sports, to promote sport industry, and to format finally a complete pattern of sport culture.
