The purpose of this study is to identify and validate the cultivating contents of knowledge management (KM) for vocational high school teachers. The Modified Delphi technique was applied in this study. First, the document analysis was used to construct the theoretical context of this study. Secondly, 10 experts of KM and 10 experts of mechanical field were invited to join the Delphi panel. After three rounds of modified Delphi processes and data analysis, a total of 38 items of 4 levels for ”The general cultivating contents of KM for vocational high schools teachers”, and 60 items of 4 levels for ”The cultivating contents of KM processing ability for vocational mechanical teachers” were identified and validated. Some findings and suggestions were also proposed in the conclusions.
