高職輕度智能障礙學生職業興趣之研究

A Study of Vocational Interest of Students with Mild Retardation in Senior High Schools

摘要


本研究旨在探討312位目前就讀於高職之輕度智能障礙學生,其有興趣之工作項目,職業興趣類型以及實際就讀之類科和其職業興趣符合之情形。研究結果指出,高職輕度智能障礙學生較有興趣之工作項目為發海報、洗碗盤、自助餐打菜、操作電梯、收車票、收發信件、養魚、縫雨傘及為病患送食物。在職業興趣類型方面以企業事務、個人服務、工業生產和社會福利較為有興趣。在性別方面,男女生的職業興趣類型是有不同。在年級方面,部份的職業興趣類型亦有不同。至於在實際就讀的類科與職業興趣的符合情形上,符合的比率並不高,以全體學生而言,僅佔45.5%,就性別而言,男生佔46.97%,女生佔40.35%。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the vocational interest of 312 students with mild retardation in senior high schools. The results indicate that there are gender differences in term of vocational types. The grade is also an important factor in some vocational types. The first two vocational types that these students have interest are business and personal service. ”Delivering posters” and ”serving at a food counter” are the favorite jobs that the male and female students have interested to do, respectively. The results also show that no more than fifty percents of students have vocational interest in consistence with what they have studied in the vocational schools.
