「視障混合教育計畫各縣市實施概況」的內容分析

The Content Analysis of Annual Reports of Guidance Practices of Local School District Regarding the Education of Mainstreamed Visually Impaired Students

摘要


本研究在分析各縣市每年所寄給台南師院視障師訓中心,彙編而成的「視障混合教育各縣市實施概況」,以建立此一重要的文獻資料,並由另一角度瞭解各縣市之視障教育。本研究採內容分析法,資料分析主要以八十九學年度之實施概況,其中計有二十三縣市之資料(金門縣未列入)。就其中的實施沿革、師資(視障專業背景、設立視障資源班、專兼任情形、歷任輔導員資料等)、學生資料(視力值、課本使用、視障病因等)、教學輔導實務(訂有學生等級分類表、評量、定向行動等)、課程實施與教材教法為分析的項目。經資料分析,提出教學輔導、特殊教育行政、與未來研究的建議。

The purpose of this study was to analyze the annual reports of guidance practices of local school district regarding the education of mainstreamed visually impaired students. Category analyses were: historical development, teacher characteristics, student file, curriculum, instructional materials, social resources, and guidance practices According to the content analysis of the annual report, it is found that the annual report has been a valuable document for administrators, teachers, and researchers to learn, while a few aspects of the report need to be refined by some local school district.
