從才能模式發展談校長證照制度之實施

摘要


本文有鑑於傳統的測驗方式無法真正選擇適合的人從事適合的工作,故從才能模式發展的觀點作為未來人才選拔與培育的新方向。本為幷以學校領導者(校長)為例,結合才能評鑑法之觀點與現今備受重視校長證照制度之議題,提出看法幷提供未來實施的可行方向。
