Because the government and schools begin to advocate the educational reform in recent years. Schools and teachers were facing the challenge of educational change in the educational system. Therefore, the relationships among schools, students, parent, community and masses have changed. Under the trend, the topic of school public relations started to appear in the educational field. So the major purpose of this article was to explore the marketing intermediary and manipulation of school public relations. First, interpret the objective groups of school public relations. Second, explore the marketing intermediary of school public relations. Finally, provide the manipulation about using marketing intermediary to promote school public relations.
