台灣地區近二十年來全面品質管理在學校教育應用研究論文評析

Review of Taiwan's Last-Twenty-Years Researches on Total Quality Management in Education in Public Schools

摘要


「全面品質管理」強調以「品質」為中心的經營理念,重視顧客至上、持續改進、事先預防、團隊合作、資料基礎、品質承諾、人力資源等理念。目前它受到國內教育界重視,並設法將其應用於學校教育中,但在推展過程中卻面臨許多問題亟待解決。藉由本研究對近年來全面品質管理在學校教育應用之研究成果加以分析,整理一套適合學校實施全面品質管理的具體策略供學校經營者參考,將會有助於提昇學校教育效能與品質。

並列摘要


Total quality management (TQM) emphasizes the concept of quality. It emphasizes the importance of customer focus, continuous improvement, prevention, teamwork, management by data, quality promise, and human resources. TQM has given rise and been applied to school education in Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation result of TQM in Taiwan education, and generate a specific TQM strategy for school administration in escalating school education effectiveness and quality.
