摘要

本文主要之目的在於探討學校經營策略之規劃分析與形塑應用，經由整合性策略規劃模式和全方位策略抉擇模式以有效建構符應學校發展需求之最適經營策略。文中之規劃分析乃是透過具備多面向解析功能之整合性策略規劃模式，同時融合效率化管理流程之全方位策略抉擇模式，以協助學校組織在面對快速變化之經營環境，可以確實掌握變遷趨勢脈絡、瞭解內部優勢劣勢和辨識外部機會威脅，並且藉由交互界定之多元型態經營策略或擴展範疇之綜合考量經營策略，抉擇符合現有資源與發展利基之正確方針，以提昇競爭優勢，強化成長動能，整補發展劣勢，達到永續成長之經營目標。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the planning and analysis of school management strategies. By means of the integrated-strategic-planning model and the all-dimensional-assessment model, the best management strategy suitable for the needs of school development is constructed. In the fast changing environment, the process of the strategic planning of school management helps schools to grasp the context of shifting trend, understand the internal strengths and weaknesses, and determine the right direction proper to current resources and occurrence in order to increase the competitive advantage, strengthen the growth power, patch up the operating disadvantage, and attain the management goal of continuous progression.
