The main purpose of this study is to explore the planning and analysis of school management strategies. By means of the integrated-strategic-planning model and the all-dimensional-assessment model, the best management strategy suitable for the needs of school development is constructed. In the fast changing environment, the process of the strategic planning of school management helps schools to grasp the context of shifting trend, understand the internal strengths and weaknesses, and determine the right direction proper to current resources and occurrence in order to increase the competitive advantage, strengthen the growth power, patch up the operating disadvantage, and attain the management goal of continuous progression.
