This article researches the important attributes affecting the satisfaction of the student affairs office. We find seven indicators. They are ”life careering items,” ”the career counseling and the health care section matters concerned,” ”the extracurricular activity and physical examination,” the military education items”, ”military training administration, the pre-official examination and the consulting posters,” ”student consulting and weekly meetings” ”matriculation psychometry and consulting time.” By cross analysis, we find items worth the student affairs office to take the self-criticism and the improvement such as ”the dormitory related services,” ”the funds subsidy of student's clubs,” ”the dining health management,” ”the graduation ceremony related services,” and ”to cope with the student to reward the stipend.” There are urgent needs to improve items mentioned above. Finally we put forward some suggestions.
