從正義論觀點看我國教育政策公平性

The Fairness of Educational Policies in Taiwan from a View of Justice Theories

摘要


衝突論者論辯「學校教育造成資本主義社會不平等」,或批判「教育未符合機會均等的原則」,引人省思學校教育政策或機會之公平性究竟如何?進而會想探討何謂「正義論」?東西社會正義理論有何不同?我們甚至比較西方代表性學者羅爾斯和大衛米勒正義論觀點。最後歸納正義論觀點在我國教育政策公平上有何啓示。

並列摘要


This study comment by the conflict theorists for an argument of ”making unequality of school education at capitalizm's society” or for a critique of ”unequality with educationally policies or opportunities”. In sequence with such critiques, we reflect on the equality of school's educational chance. Furthermore, an exploration of social justice theory between Chinese and Western are aroused. And the comparison of it is drawn from John Rawls and David Miller. At end, an enlightenment of justice theory from educationally equal chance is referred for future educational policy.
