This study comment by the conflict theorists for an argument of ”making unequality of school education at capitalizm's society” or for a critique of ”unequality with educationally policies or opportunities”. In sequence with such critiques, we reflect on the equality of school's educational chance. Furthermore, an exploration of social justice theory between Chinese and Western are aroused. And the comparison of it is drawn from John Rawls and David Miller. At end, an enlightenment of justice theory from educationally equal chance is referred for future educational policy.
