國民小學主任被領導者行為之研究

A Study of Ideal Follower's Behavior of Directors

摘要


有關領導者行為與被領導行為之研究,前者的文獻可說是汗牛充棟,而後者相關的研究及文獻卻是零零星星。國內教育行政研究也大都是針對校長領導或教育領導者進行探討,亦少有教育研究者進行有系統的被領導者行為之實徵性研究,然而部屬行為與領導者行為兩者應等量齊觀,不能有所偏廢,否則無法有效達成組識目標。 基於此,本研究以台北市國民小學教務主任為研究對象,探討從被領導者自身的觀點探討主任被領導者行為,經由回收的61份有效問卷之內容中歸納發現「執行貫徹校長的理念及交待任務」是受試者提出最多的被領導者行為,而「固著己見,抗拒唱反調」是受試教務主任提出最多的不恰當之被領導者行為,最後基於研究發現提出具體建議,以供學校相關人員及未來研究的參考。

The purpose of the study is to explore the ideal follower's behavior of directors from followers' view. The author argues that followership plays an important role in educational organization. In the past, most researchers emphasized the importance of leadership. However, in the future, we should emphasize the study of followership. Questionnaire survey was given to directors of 142 elementary schools in Taipei city. According to the result, the study provides some suggestions for school educators and school administrators to improve their followership and provides suggestions for the future study.
