回顧我國引進外籍英語教師相關政策與問題探析

Review and Approach to the Policies about Importing English Teachers from Foreign Areas

摘要


教育部為因應全球化與國際化之衝擊與教育需求,以及提升全民英語素養,因而規劃引進外籍英語教師相關政策。本研究首先瞭解與分析引進外籍英語教師相關政策實施背景與內涵,接著比較我國與日本引進外籍英語教師相關政策之異同,再探析我國引進外籍英語教師相關政策現行或未來可能遭遇到的困境,最後針對引進外籍英語教師相關政策之現況與困境提出因應之道。

Taiwan's Ministry of Education plans the policies about importing English teachers from foreign areas toward the impacts and educational demands due to globalization and internationalization. This research is to understand and analyze the background and content of the policies about importing English teachers from foreign areas, and then, compare the differences of the policies between Taiwan and Japan, expound the possible difficulties of the policies, and provide some suggestions for the current status and the possible difficulties in the end.
