Facing global trends and the crushing pressures of international competition, educators must actively integrate and promote different varieties of revolutionary ideas to effectively and efficiently maintain and even improve the level of educational standards, and ultimately, enhance the performances outcome of schools. Based on the concept of ”360-degree leadership” proposed by John C. Maxwell, this paper will start from the discussion of theories and topics regarding leadership and management in an organization and lead to the aims and significance of ”360-degree leadership”. Challenges, rules, guidelines, and values of being a 360-degree leader will be looked at in great depth, and from there, explain about how these sparks of innovation can be strategically use and deploy by directors in primary schools.
