台南縣市國民小學運用危機管理處理校園食物中毒事件之調查研究

The Study on Crisis Management of Campus Food Poisoning in Tainan Area

摘要


本研究目的在於探討台南縣市國民小學運用危機管理處理校園食物中毒事件之現況,為達成上述目的,採用文獻分析與問卷調查的方法,首先透過文獻分析,探討學校運用危機管理的階段、運作計畫、原則和策略;其次,根據文獻探討結果,編製調查問卷,進行調查研究,運用分層隨機抽樣,共抽取64所國小,發出1020份問卷,得有效問卷847份,藉以瞭解台南縣市國民小學運用危機管理處理食物中毒事件之現況;最後根據研究結論,提出具體建議。

The main purpose of this study is to explore crisis management's development stages, operation, principles and strategies of campus food poisoning. It also aims to comprehend opinions and current situation on crisis management of campus food poisoning in Tainan areas. Based upon the research findings, conclusions would be offered. This study is accomplished with the process of literature analysis and questionnaires. The questionnaire was used for investigation the opinions and current situation on crisis management of campus food poisoning in elementary schools of Tainan areas. The survey is conducted with 1020 copies issued and with 847 effective copies returned from 64 sample schools.
