新課綱下,小學科技課程設計的新模式

摘要


我國十二年國教新課綱,在2019年8月開學後正式登場,縱使各項素養、指標與學習表現已經羅列得鉅細靡遺,然而,小學學習三階段除了未規劃科技領域配課外,關於科技素養、學習內容與學習表現指標等亦全數刪除,致使師生們產生被遺棄感與對國中科技領域銜接的恐慌。本文綜整國小科技領域之演進歷程,並以新課綱素養導向的學習,為國小融入式、跨領域的彈性(資訊、生活科技、特色或校本等)課程,進行跨領域思考並設計一個嶄新的教案新模式,以作為解決國小端配課、授課與苦無教材而須自編的一個可行性方案,有效減輕師生負擔又能有效學習。

The new curriculum of 12-year basic education officially debuted after the start of school in August 2019. Even though the literacy, indicators and learning performances have been listed, the three stages of primary school learning are not planned in the science and technology field. The scientific and technological literacy, learning content and learning performance indicators were also deleted in full, which led to teachers and students a sense of abandonment and a panic about the connection between science and technology curriculums in high school. This paper summarizes the evolution of the small science and technology field in the country, and learns and designs a brand new curriculum for the simplification of the small and medium-sized, inter-disciplinary (information, life science and technology, characteristics or school-based) courses. The new model of teaching plan is a feasible solution to solve the problem of class assignment, teaching and suffering without teaching materials. It can effectively reduce the burden of teachers and students and can effectively learn.
