國民中小學學校行政領導如何做好支援海洋教育

How the School Administrative Leadership of Elementary and Junior High School Supports Marine Education

摘要


本文旨在探討學校行政領導如何做好支援海洋教育,探究各項學校行政領導支援海洋教育之教育問題,並從上級教育行政單位、學校、建立共識、教育經費與資源、善用優質領導、校長充分授權、有責有權、增進學校行政人才知能與學養、增進教師參與意願、處理海洋教育問題、不斷地評鑑與研發、及多元解決相關問題等方面,提出解決之道,從多元管道去解決學校行政領導如何做好支援海洋教育問題,如此才能徹底解決海洋教育問題,讓海洋教育更蓬勃發展,海洋教育績效更卓越,讓學生能更知海、親海及愛海,以造福學子,讓學生更適性成長與發展。

The purpose of this article was to investigate how the school administrative leadership supports marine education, and explore which may cause some educational problems. It also proposed the solutions from different aspects of problems, includes education administration authorities, schools, establish consensus, educational funds and resources, making good use of excellent leadership, principals authorize authority and duty, promoting administrators professional knowledge and conservation, the willing of teachers to participate in the further study, the solution to the problems of marine education, constant evaluation and exploration, and solving related problems. In order to solve the problems of marine education completely, flourish the marine education, enhance performance of marine education, and make students know, love and get close to the ocean more to make them have an adaptive development.
