企業體之設計專案組織型態分析

Analyzing the Organizations of In-house Design Projects

摘要


本文以公司內設計組織為主要研究單位,探討台灣企業體內設計活動的設計專案運作實態,以及專案組織形成原因與類別型態。應用“內涵分析”之質量分析方式分析八家個案廠商並作個案描述,主要結論:(1)設計專案形成原因可分為執行年度計劃的計劃型導向、因應新技術的技術型導向、反應市場需求的市場型導向;(2)專案組織型態計有“多個次專案小組群”、“正式專案小組”、“非正式專案小組”、“委外設計雙專案群”、“工業設計專案小組”與 “單人作業專案形式”等類型;(3)提出兩軸定位方式分析專案組織型態,可了解其是否呈功能化或專案化以及專案負責人專職化之程度。

A in-house design organization was adopted as a ”unit” for this research to study the activities of design projects in Taiwan's firms. The method of Grounded Theory and the idea of Context Analyses were combined to analyze case studies. Major conclusions are: (1)To formulate a design project is due to a yearly product plan, technology-push or marketing-pull. (2)Six types of design project organizations are found in case studies. (3)A two-axes map is proposed to analyze the design organizations, in order to understand the classification of project organizations and the involvement of project leaders.
