公共集會型建築設備更新及空間規劃案例研究

The Research of Renewal and Design Method in Building Equipment for Existing Auditoria

摘要


以一般建築物的構造使用生命週期而言,使用年限通常達六十年以上,但是在建築物的設備機能方面,往往十年左右就面臨劣化更新的課題。本研究係以與多數人有密切關係的公共集會型建築為對象,主要目的在於針對一般建築師或設計者比較不容易掌握的設備內容,加以整理及系統化,以提供設計者在規劃階段能迅速整合決策之參考。同時從既有之建築設備系統內容,檢討建築更新時所面臨之問題,並以實際既有案例之操作過程,闡明建築設備更新設計及空間規劃之要點。在研究內容上,首先對既有建築物的現有設備內容,以空調設備、電氣設備、 給排水設備三個主要設備系統項目進行調查,整理並釐清個別設備與建築整體之問題所在,針對問題進行個別分析與整體評估。從研究成果上,我們發現國內既有公共集會型建築普遍面臨設備必須更新否則無法使用之現況,而且從已經陸續更新過的案例中,可以看出設備部分的更新設計,建築師一直缺乏合理之評估依據與設計決策參考。因此,本研究將分兩階段來進行,本論文為第一階段之成果,以現況案例的調查與整理,來檢討建築設備更新所面臨的問題,並以系統化之分類整理來提供檢討與評估參考。同時也確立下一階段建立量化簡易評估指標,與 加入電腦輔助設計操作之方向。

The life cycle of a building structure is always beyond sixty years, but the functions of building equipment would get worse during about ten more years, and then we have to deal the problems of building renewal work. From the view point of composite study, the renewal problems of building systems include design function, structure system, acoustic system etc.. The study object of this paper is the existing auditorium which is the most closely related to the public. First of all, we concentrate on the problems of equipment that happened in the existing auditorium, and we also study the problems in the whole building systems due to the renewal work of equipment. The main purpose of this research is to arrange the decision process and design method of renewal work of building equipment for designer in the primary stage. The issues of the building equipment in existing auditorium mainly include air condition, electricity, water supply and drainage etc.. The first stage of this research, we started from field investigation and finished 19 cases study of domestic existing auditorium. We investigate the circumstances of equipment system include air condition, electricity, water supply and drainage in existing building. Then we continue to study the solution of these circumstance problems, and try to conclude some common rules for renewal work of domestic existing auditorium. From the results of field investigation, we find the domestic existing auditorium really meet with the problems of equipment renewal. Furthermore, from the domestic cases which had been renewal, we also find that architect or designer always has no ground rules to follow. At the last, we practice some real projects from independent equipment topic to composite building equipment system, and feed back to the solution and analysis results. Using this looping practice, we propose a promotion counter plan and build the common rules that could be referred to the renewal work of existing auditorium.
