公共集會型建築設備更新之空間分析與定量模擬設計

摘要


本研究係以與多數人有密切關係的公共集會型建築為對象,主要目的在於針對一般建築師或設計者比較不容易掌握的設備內容,加以整理及系統化,以提供設計者在規劃階段能迅速整合決策之參考。論文內容延續上一報「公共集會型建築設備更新及空間規劃案例研究」內容,主要完成了設備更新定性的評估系統,著重的範圍在於設備性能的診斷與評估,關於設備的使用需求量與更新空間量方面之定量探討比較缺乏,因此本論文針對定量課題進行評估與分析,進一步進行更新的定量模擬設計。利用電腦模擬計算程式之運算,檢討既有設備更新設計之可行方法,並針對設備系統中之主要設備來進行使用量與設備空間的探討,以提供日後更新設計的決策依循。針對公共集會型建築之更新設計與規劃需要,本論文嘗試建立各設備系統的需求量與空間量之定量模擬評估模式,並以既有案例進行比較分析與驗證其可行性。利用電腦工具之運算能力及方便之操作性能,本論文所提出之設備需求定量模擬評估模式,可以提供建築師及設計工程師更迅速、更便利之更新設計評估依據。透過模擬評估工具之計算與現況調查資料之比較分析,國內既有公共集會型建築之設備系統,空調設備系統有普遍過量設計之情況,而電氣設備及衛生設備器具之需求量及空間量則反而普遍不足。未來本研究擬繼續加強電腦輔助設備更新設計之應用研究,探討實質設備問題及整合空間規劃等設計工作提供直接之幫助並導入實際之應用。

Following the previous research, the study object of this paper is also the existing auditorium which is the most closely related to the public. We had proposed the qualitative evaluation system for existing auditorium renewal work in previous paper. In this study, we try to build a quantitative model to value the function demand and equipment space for building equipment system in the existing auditorium. By using the computer program, we also develop the numerical simulation model and perform a real case study to verify the model. Furthermore, we surveyed 19 cases of existing auditorium and analysis the circumstance and problems. Due to the results of verification and case study, we find the function demands for air condition are mostly over design, on the other hand, electricity and sanitary equipment are mostly insufficient in the domestic existing auditorium. At the last, we offer a numerical simulation model as a quantitative assessment for the promotion of equipment system renewal work for existing auditorium.
