目前設計技術不斷地跨領域整合以及隨科技快速演變,因此掌握設計團隊成員與設計經理人之間,對於設計專業之貢獻狀況與溝通需求,繼以探討如何藉由設計傳達之成效提升設計生產力,實為掌握未來設計團隊運作發展之重要關鍵。本研究之目的係以實證分析之方式,釐清與建立了「跨領域設計團隊」(multidisciplinary design team)與團隊中負責設計管理之設計經理人兩者間的傳達關係。研究中藉由文獻探討,建立了五項設計經理人傳達態度之假設,分別為:(1)設計領導能力(2)跨職能同理心能力(3)跨職能工作能力(4)群體中績效評估能力(5)策略規劃遂行能力;並以台灣地區之企業內設計部門、獨立設計公司之設計經理人為調查樣本,經實驗法進行問卷測量,復以統計分析比對跨多領域設計團隊之傳達效能,驗證假設之設計經理人傳達態度與團隊傳達效能之關係性;研究之結果與建議提供設計企業培育設計經理人領導能力之參考,並有助於團隊整合各種不同領域設計知識之資源,以創造更具競爭力之設計經營(design business)環境。
With the rapid change of technology and integration of design expertise across disciplines, it has become essential to ensure the effective communication between design manager and the multidisciplinary team. This study, with the experiential approach, intends to understand and establish the communication model among the multidisciplinary members. From the literature review, some communication attributes of managers are configured such as (1) design leadership, (2) empathy across disciplines, (3) task abilities across fields, (4) performance evaluation among teams, and (5) execution of strategic plans. Some interviews with questionnaires were conducted with managers from design departments of companies and independent design firms. The results identify some significant communication factors affecting the performances of a design team. Finally, a model is proposed for the design managers to upgrade their leadership and competence of a multidisciplinary design team.
