動力學造形的理論基礎及其在造形教育中的地位

Theoretical Foundation of Kinetic Art and Its Position in the Basic Design and Art Education

摘要


完整的基礎造形教育對設計能力的養成有絕對重大的影響,基礎教育紮實,對提升造形開發的水準也有一定的決定性。完備的基礎造形教育能加強學生由二度、三度到四度空間的整體構築與造形能力。台灣基礎造形教育大部分都偏向於靜態表現與立體造形的開發與探討,欠缺有關四次元動態表現為主的研究。本研究的目的,在於探討四次元之動力學造形的理論基礎及與設計的關係,同時闡述其學術地位與獨立性,以及在造形教育中的重要性與設計教育上的意義,並思考其對設計行為及創意所造成的影響。本研究藉著文獻探討與理論分析的方法,對於基礎造形教育的精神與內涵,以及動力學造形的相關學理進行論述,內容包含:1.動力學造形的內涵;2.動力學造形與基礎造形教育的關係;3.動力學造形在設計教育上的意義等等,最後並提出以下幾項觀點:1.動力學造形在設計中有其發展的源流;2.動力學造形具有學術上的範疇;3.動力學造形為現代教育不可缺少的一環;4.動力學造形已成為設計表現中之重要形式等等。 本文為動力學造形研究系列之一,後續研究將針對發展的歷史源流,及與視覺行為、認知心理學之間的關係進行探討並實施相關實驗,期本系列研究之成果能對造形教育及設計教育有所貢獻。

The basic design and art education has major influence on the development of design ability. A firm foundation laid by the basic design and art education elevates the level of form creation. In its current state, the education of basic design and art in Taiwan mostly focuses on the expression methods of the two-and three-dimensional static forms, but lacks training on the four-dimensional study of dynamic forms-the kinetic art. The purpose of this research is to explore the theoretical foundation of the kinetic art, to investigate its application to design, to elaborate its independence as an academic topic, to understand its meaning and importance to the design education, and to consider its influence on design behavior and creativity. This research was conducted mainly by literature study and theoretical analysis and concludes with a few standpoints: 1. the kinetic art has its history of development in design; 2. the kinetic art has a defined area for academic research; 3. the kinetic art is an indispensable part of a modern design education; 4. the kinetic art has already become an important form of design expression. This research is a part of a series of research on the dynamic forms of the kinetic art. Future research will aim at studying the historical development, the relationship to visual behavior and cognition psychology, and at conducting related experiments. Hopefully, the results of this series of research can contribute to the design education.
