民眾對高雄市愛河周邊設施之滿意度研究

摘要

本研究之目的在於瞭解民眾對高雄市愛河周邊設施的重視與滿意情形，故採用結構式問卷，以在高雄市愛河遊玩的民眾為主要研究對象，共得有效問卷419份。經分析後所得重要結果如下：1.民眾目前對愛河周邊設施整體而言大致相當滿意，且民眾對各項周邊設施之使用與維護管理狀況亦多表正面的評價；2.民眾對於愛河周邊設施之重視度與所產生的滿意度具有顯著相關性；3.依據I.P.A.分析顯示，愛河之「環境景觀」因子是屬高重視高滿意，應該「繼續保持」，「公共設施」因子則呈現高重視低滿意，為有關單位需改善的重點；4.民眾不同背景屬性、休閒狀況對愛河周邊設施之重視度與滿意度多呈現顯著差異看法。最後，本研究也針對分析結果提出多項建議，希冀作為相關單位未來對愛河規劃設計與經營管理之參考依據。

The purpose of this study was to identify the importance and satisfaction of the Kaohsiung Love River in terms of its surrounding facilities from the perspective of people. The target population was the people who have visited the Kaohsiung Love River. A self-administrated survey questionnaire was employed. A total of 419 usable responses were collected.Four major findings were found as follows. (1) People were generally satisfied and also had a positive assessment with respect to the management of surrounding facilities. (2) There were statistically significant relationships between the importance and satisfaction of the surrounding facilities. (3) Factor of ”environmental landscapes” indicates high significance and satisfaction; nevertheless, factors of ”continuous maintenance” and ”public facilities” indicates high significances but low satisfactions in which the governors may need to be concerned with based on the results of I.P.A. (4) There were statistically significant differences between demographic variables, leisure preferences and the importance along with satisfaction of surrounding facilities.Finally, this study also proposed various suggestions and recommendations based on the findings. Results of this study may contribute important implications for governors in terms of planning and management for the Kaohsiung Lover River in the future.
