A Prototype CAN-Bus Avionics System for Small Aircraft Transportation System

摘要


在新一代航空飛行器系統中數位航電資料匯流排的強化是一個相當重要的主題。在空中運輸器中,一般採用ARINC 629協定,來處理大量的資料交換,但此協定對小型飛機而言,太過複雜且昂貴,所以並不適合運用於小型飛機上,所以本文建構並驗證了一個適用於小型飛機的區域控制網路航電匯流排系統。為實現以CAN為基礎的航電匯流排,新電路的設計的探討,電路板的測試並延伸至個人電腦的監視性能驗證。在測試中每個節點除了連接到幾組訊號模擬器外,皆可接到真實儀表或者感測器。最後本文建構了一個適合於小型飛機的主要飛行顯示器系統,用以接收顯示飛行期間的幾項必須資訊。

Digital avionics data bus can be an important enhancement for future general aviation aircraft system. In air transportation systems, the ARINC 629 data bus is organized to handle huge data exchange, however, this complicate system configuration in very expensive installation and maintenance is not suitable for small aircraft implementations. This paper presents a prototype fabrication and verification on CAN-bus system for digital avionics in small aircraft systems. For the proposed CAN-bus avionics, new circuit designs are discussed. Circuit board fabrication and test were verified and extended into PC for surveillance performance. In the tests, each node will be connected to real instruments or sensors, as well as several simulated signals. A primary flight display suitable for small aircraft transportation system application is constructed with several functions.
