應用電腦輔助設計軟體進行車輛動力系統模擬與分析

摘要


本文以四缸八閥汽車引擎為設計藍圖,其系統製作程序為:(1)利用CAD應用軟體建構引擎本體系統;(2)以Bottom-up模式進行系統零組件組立,同時依零組件屬性定義固定件及活動件,並且再將活動件細分為往復運動及旋轉運動;(3)設定各零組件機械性質,如質量、楊氏係數、慣性矩等參數。至於本文的分析項目包含:四行程運動分析、機構靜與動態分析、熱應力分析,經由上述分析所得以驗證所設計的引擎系統符合預期的標準(以市售同等級引擎為比較基準)。

In this search, the automotive engine (includes four cylinders and eight valves) is analyzed. The procedure is: (1) building the CAD models of engine mainframe; (2) assembling the components in bottom-up mode; (3) assign the mechanical properties of each component, e.g. mass, young's modulus, coefficient of thermal expansion, etc. As for the analysis items, there are three parts: (1) motion analysis of four-stroke engine; (2) static and dynamic states of mechanism; (3) thermal analysis. Based on the above data to compare with the standards in automotive market for verify the design availability.
