青少女性行為的發生：Adler理論與復原力理論之綜合闡釋及應用

青少女發生性行為的比例似有逐漸增加之趨勢。由於發生性行為而不愼懷孕可能造成青少女必須中途輟學或生理傷害等不幸結果，故近來此議題備受關注，無不希望避免或延遲其發生。相關文獻指出，欲避免或延遲青少女性行為宜先探究其成因方能研擬有效的資防策略。因此，本文試圖統整當代用以說明青少女性行為成因的Adler理論與復原力理論，牌藉此清青少女性行為的成因原委供輔導人員參考。根據理論統整結果所推衍而生之遊憩資防策略亦於文末提出。

The purpose of this article is to adopt a theoretical perspective to explain why adolescent girls engage in sexual intercourse at an early age. Because the increasing rate of sexual behavior in girlhood nowadays, and the adverse effects adolescent sexual behavior may cause, including teenage pregnancies, drop-out from school and sexual victimization, it is necessary to have a better understand about precocious sexual activity. Accordingly, we introduce a contingence hypothesis of sex-caused from the comprehensive perspective integrating both Adler’s Theory and Resilience Theory. The perspective also suggests that a recreational model is plausible to foster resilience for at-risk youths. Therefore, applying the recreational model, we implemented a sex prevention program adopting poker games. Further suggestions are also listed at the end of the article.
