The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility of out-contracting the out-patient health services of the Yu-Li health station. Methodology includes both survey questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Major findings are: 1. 45.1% of those who ever visited the Yu-Li health station thought they do not need its out-patient health services; 2. As more health care institutes exist, the Yu-Li health station is no longer peoples only option; 3. If the Yu-Li health station starts its out-patient health services by out-contracting, there is moderate level of willingness to visit; 4. The separation of dispensing practice from medical practice will drastically lower down people's willingness to visit the out-contracting health care services; 5. The in-depth interviews showed mixed opinions regarding this issue.
