摘要


目的:隨著2005年「京都議定書」正式生效,溫室氣體減量已成為國際間高度重視的環保議題。目前國內外已有不少企業著手實施溫室氣體之盤查,但尚未有醫療院所進行此一相關工作。故本研究提出一套針對醫療院所特性之溫室氣體盤查系統,計算統計排放量以了解醫院之實際排放情形,並來協助其施行溫室氣體相關管理工作。方法:此個案醫院溫室氣體盤查系統主要參考ISO 14064-1、GHG Protocol及國際相關規範,建制醫療產業溫室氣體盤查管理架構、程序,方法及完成盤查表單等。結果:以中南部某區域教學醫院為個案盤查對象,99年度院內溫室氣體排放總量為7320.685公噸。其中CO2佔溫室氣體總排放量的比例為99.973%。結論:本研究所提出之溫室氣體盤查系統,可協助醫療院所了解其溫室氣體排放之現況,並健全醫療院所之溫室氣體管理制度,達成溫室氣體排放減量之目標,提升醫療院所的綠色品質。

Objectives: Since The Kyoto Protocol came into effect, the issues of greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction and emission control have become global concerns. Although many industries have established greenhouse gas inventories, most medical institutions have not. This study proposed a hospital greenhouse gas (HGHG) inventory system to evaluate GHG inventories of medical institutions and to enhance their GHG management performance.Methods: The framework for the HGHG inventory system was based on the ISO 14064-1, GHG Protocol and related international standards. The subject was a hospital in southern Taiwan.Results: In 2010, the total greenhouse gas emission from the hospital was 7320.685 metric tons. Of this, 99.973% was CO2.Conclusions: The proposed system could support medical institutions in completing GHG inventories in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and upgrade the green quality of hospitals.
