摘要


本實驗以非破壞性音洩檢測法與紅外線控溫之高週波焊接機,進行牙用鈷鉻合金之焊接分析,本實驗以符合ASTM No.E8M-88之鈷鉻合金試片進行紅外線控溫之高週波焊接,焊接溫度為1200℃及純助焊劑粉末,並於焊接過程中擷取音洩訊號以觀察時域及頻域之變化。期能有助於瞭解焊接過程中材料顯微變化的情形,進而提供較完善的焊接條件,提升焊接強度及焊接品質的穩定度。

Acoustic emission (AE) technique was used for the assessment of dental soldering Specimens were cast from removable partial denture alloy and then placed in a jig with a gap distance of 1.0 mm. A high-frequency soldering machine equipped with an optical pyrometer was used for the control of the soldering temperature at 1200℃. The flux was pure flux powder. During soldering, acoustic emissions in the frequency range of 10-400 KHz were collected, filtered, recorded, and processed by a piezoelectric sensing device. The acoustic emission signals were analyzed by analytical program written by Matlab Version 5.0.
