摘要


本研究為改善市售習用輪椅僅供乘坐行走之功能,增加站立上升機構、椅背豎立機構、安全綁帶、可調整高度之腳踏墊、安全剎車等。研究工作重點包括機構概念設計、採用分析層級程序法進行概念設計方案之選擇評估、機構細部設計、機構運動模擬、人因工程分析、有限元素分析、價值工程分析以及實體雛形機之製作和測試。本研究之完成,期望能使久坐輪椅之病患得以改變姿勢、減少壓瘡,並能藉此練習站立及適應地心引力,使雙腳承載重量避免小腿肌肉萎縮,達到復健訓練的效果。

A foldable standing wheelchair was developed in this project to provide the disabled with ability to transfer from sitting to standing positions. The basic structure of this newly designed standing wheelchair consist of a parallel four bar linkages, a pair of armrests, and height adjustable footrests, brake mechanisms, etc. The research of this standing wheelchair development project include conceptual design, design evaluation using analytical hierarchy method (AHM), detailed mechanism design, computer aided motion simulation, human factor engineering, finite elements analysis, value engineering analysis, and prototype manufacturing and testing. This wheelchair not only may increase the standing mobility but also improve the anti-gravity adaptation for wheelchair bounded person.
