職前幼兒教師成功智能量表編製

The Development of Successful Intelligence Scale for Pre-service Preschool Teachers

摘要


本研究主要目的在參考情境判斷測驗形式,發展一套測量職前幼兒教師成功解決實務問題能力的「成功智能量表」。「成功智能量表」呈現特定情境的模擬真實問題,在每個問題之下提供若干可行選項,讓受試者評估這些選項解決問題的有效性。研究者透過項目分析、Cronbach's α、單題與總分相關、探索性及驗證性因素分析等統計方法來分析處理實證資料。而根據驗證性因素分析結果,實證資料尚且支持職前幼兒教師「成功智能量表」的假設模式,兩者適配尚稱良好。初步發現「成功智能量表」可分成「因勢利導」、「創造利多」、「遇事機警」、「量力而為」四個分量表,而四個分量表分數表徵的一級潛在因素,可以被成功智能解釋的比率分別為66%、76%、74%、63%。

The purpose of the study was to develop a Successful Intelligence Scale (SIC) to measure successful intelligence of pre-service preschool teachers. In this measures, pre-service preschool teachers were given written scenarios of various work related situations and then asked to rate the effectiveness of options for dealing with the situation presented. Through statistical methods such as item analysis, Cronbach's α, item-total correlation, exploratory factors analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, we analyzed all the information we got. By utilizing second order confirmatory factor analysis to examine the hypothesized model, we found its goodness of fit was acceptable. The SIC scale was divided into Jour scales and successful intelligence account for variance associated with the four scales was 66% 76% 74% 63% respectively.
