This study integrates linear and analogy time management attitudes into a common framework that explains contextual time management believe. We aim at measuring of linear and analogy time management attitudes. The major instrument for this study is ”time management attitudes situational judgment inventory for preschool teachers” Questionnaire survey is conducted with 262 preschool teachers from Kaohsiung City and Kaohsiung County. Statistically, confirmatory factor analysis is applied to the quantitative procedures of model test. The results support a two-first-order-factor oblique model. According this finding, the suggestions is ordered.
