“教師管教方式量表”之編製及模式之驗證研究

The Development and Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Teacher Discipline Scale for Junior High School Students

摘要


本研究旨在編製一份適合國內國中學生知覺「教師管教方式量表」及驗證教師管教模式,以瞭解國中學生知覺教師管教方式的情形,並提供研究與輔導應用。 全量表包含「教師要求量表」及「教師反應量表」,共有兩個分量表,17題,施測時間約需5~15分鐘。本研究以全台灣地區921名國中一至三年級學生為樣本,進行驗證性因素分析及信、效度考驗。研究結果顯示:(1)在信度上,兩個分量表之Cronbach's a係數介於.85~.88之間,總量表的Cronbach's a值為.90。顯示此量表的一致性信度良好;(2)在效度上,以驗證性因素分析檢驗其概念建構,顯示有良好的適配情形,顯示量表的建構效度良好。

The purpose of this research is to develop a teacher discipline scale for junior high school students, to verify the teacher discipline model with confirmatory factor analysis, and to provide applicable references for research and counseling practice. This scale, divided into demand/reflection dimension, includes 2 sub-scales and 17 questions which can be conducted within 5-15 minutes. There are totally 921 students selected from the 1st-3rd grade students of junior high schools in Taiwan with confirmatory factor analysis, reliability and validity tested. The results have shown: (1) The teacher discipline scale has reached satisfactory level of internal consistency reliability. The Cronbach's a coefficients of two sub-scales are between .85-.88. The Cronbach's a coefficient of overall scale is .90. (2) Examined by means of confirmatory factor analysis, it is vertified that this model fitted all the indices and indicated that the teacher discipline model fitted the observed data well. Therefore the scale has a clear factorial structure.
