「國中生未來目標量表」之建構與信、效度分析

The Reliability and Validity Analysis of a Future Goal Scale for Junior High School Students

摘要


本研究之目的在編製一份適合國內國中生的「未來目標量表」。此量表包含未來內/外在目標兩個向度、七個分量表,全量表共計38題,施測時間約12分鐘。本研究以臺灣地區1,122名國中生進行信、效度考驗,結果顯示:(1)「未來目標量表」的內部一致性係數極佳,間隔六週的重測信度結果也顯示量表的穩定性係數良好;(2)探索式與驗證性因素分析結果顯示:「未來目標量表」包含七個分量表,且可進一步區分為內在目標與外在目標兩向度,支持本研究建構的「未來目標二階驗證性因素分析模式」;(3)「未來目標量表」對兩個效標測驗(自我決定動機、自我調整學習策略)的效標關聯效度也相當理想。本研究根據研究結果進行討論後提出進一步研究建議。

The purpose of this study is to develop a Future Goal Scale (FGS) suitable for junior high school students in Taiwan. The FGS consists of 38 scale items divided into 7 subscales for measuring two theoretical dimensions: future intrinsic goal and future extrinsic future goal. With 12-minutes administration time, the participation of 1,122 junior high school students completed the examinations of explorative factor analysis (EFA), internal consistency and re-test reliability, confirmatory factory analysis (CFA), and criterion-related validity. The specific analysis results revealed that (a) the current FGS has high internal consistency reliability and 6-week-interval re-test reliability; (b) the suggested 7 subscales of the FGS by both EFA and CFA to the scale items postulate the discriminability of the FGS for future intrinsic goal and future extrinsic goals by which a constructed 'two-level confirmatory factor analysis model of future goal' is tentatively sustained; (c) further, the criterion-related validity of the FGS to two criterion tests: the Self-Determination Motivation Scale and Self-Regulation Learning Strategies Scale was found considerably satisfactory. Theoretical and extendable study implications based on the present research are discussed.
