The institution of game rated can affect social and industrial development, but there are many developing countries which still do not establish the game rated. Particularly in the console games were accepted and discussed by people in recent years, such as Wii, PS3, Xbox, NDS, PSP. Although these countries sell digital games, not all of them implement game rated system. The study applying secondary data collection and analysis surveys the digital game rated of developed countries in the world, and explores the current problems of game rated in Taiwan. Furthermore, this research regarding social identity, industry attitude, and game rated organizations, discusses how to promote game rated and provides some advices for these key issues.
