以能力分析規劃技術學院航運管理系專業課程之研究

A Planning Process for Professional Courses Planning of the Department of Shipping and Transportation Management at Technical Institute with Competency Analysis

摘要


本研究主要目的乃在研究以能力分析為基礎之四年制技術學院航運管理系專業課程之規劃。為達目的,本研究邀請27位來自海運業、貨櫃運輸業、報關業、貿易業等業界的專家,透過三次Delphi問卷調查,作為課程規劃之基礎。經由Kolmogorov-Smirnov單一樣本考驗分析中得到的61種在職場具有重要性且使用頻率高的專業能力,接著根據科目所含的能力數量較多者、較為基礎核心者、科目中所含的能力在各工作中重複性較高者等原則,將這些專業能力轉換成為四年制技術學院航運管理系專業必修課程,最後根據結論分別對航運管理教師及未來研究者提出建議。

The purpose of this study claimed to offer a competency analysis base for professional courses planning required for the Department of Shipping and Transportation Management (STM) at technical institute. Tb research was firstly to analyze the practical competencies required for STM of technical institute students. The 27 business senior workers were invited into Delphi group. After three runs of Delphi questionnaire and. Kolmogorov-Smirnov one sample test analyzed, the 61 professional competencies for department of STM of technical institute students were found. The next stage was to integrate these professional competencies into courses design. Finally, several recommendations due to the conclusions were proposed.
